Bianca Onwukwe is a Masters of Public Policy candidate with a concentration in Education Policy Analysis at The George Washington University, where she will also attain a certificate in Data Science. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and currently works as a Data Analyst on the School Mental Health team at the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). Before joining DCPS, Bianca was a Surrey fellow within the Office of Tax Analysis at the Department of the U.S. Treasury.
