NSLDN sues to force DeVos to release findings of substantial misrepresentations

On May 10, 2018, NSLDN, on behalf of its client, The Century Foundation, filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Education seeking the release of Final Program Review Determinations, Final Audit Determinations, fine actions, suspensions, termination actions, limitation actions, or recertification denials that included findings of substantial misrepresentations made by, or attributed to, institutions participating in the Title-IV Federal Student Aid programs.
