On March 26, 2018, NSLDN submitted a FOIA request to the U.S. Department of Education for (i) copies of all data/information requests submitted by members of the 2017-2018 Borrower Defense and Gainful Employment negotiated rulemaking committees and (ii) the Department’s responses to such data/information requests.

On September 13, 2018, the Department provided a Final Response. Copies of those documents are available here.
