NSLDN files new legal challenge seeking access to documents regarding partial relief

On April 17, 2018, NSLDN filed a lawsuit on behalf of The Century Foundation against the U.S. Department of Education, seeking documents used to determine the amounts of partial relief awarded to student loan borrowers that filed Borrower Defense claims.
